It is our experience that most packages arrive at their destination within the time stated in the information on the delivery information page.
If your order has not arrived and has been shipped using Standard Mail please do not contact us until a minimum of 6 working days(UK) have passed. We will then be able to assist you.
All our parts are covered by a minimum 30 day guarantee and are individually marked & stamped before sending.
We are more than happy to check parts we hold against your requirements before ordering, but if a part is ordered incorrectly by the buyer, only the part will be refunded All postage costs will also be deducted from the amount refunded.
The refund will only be issued upon return of the part (original condition). Refunds will not be issued for parts that have been dismantled or otherwise tampered with.

If a part is lost in the post or damaged in transit, a full refund will be issued on result of a valid claim, this only apply as if tracked/insured courier delivery has been paid for (provided the instructions under postage are followed), if, however, you opt for free royal mail delivery there is no insurance or tracking for lost or damaged parcels. We advise tracked courier delivery for this reason.

Any items listed with courier will usually be sent within 24-48 hours of purchase. Some items will be sent using a second class untracked uninsured Royal Mail service which will be sent either same or next day depending on when the order is placed. These items can be upgraded to tracked courier service if extra payment is made. Most items have both options and can be decided on checkout.
We use PARCELFORCE and TNT for courier deliveries. If you are not in when they attempt to deliver, you will be left a calling card and collection of the item or a redelivery can be arranged by contacting your local depot or Post Office.
We are not responsible if the item is returned to us, if this happens you will incur the original courier cost, return courier cost and a fee for redirection. Additional postage will be requested if you require the item to be sent to you again.
Please check all items before signing for them on receipt as we are unable to claim any losses or damage on your behalf if the item has been signed for as undamaged.
If damage has been caused in transit (and it has been signed for as damaged) please contact us within 48 hours days of receipt as we must inform the courier within 5 days (of delivery) for any successful claim to be made.

Cash on collection is possible, however the item will remain for sale until a deposit is paid.
All parts are guaranteed for 30 Day guarantee. This only applies for the part, not any work carried out for installation, fitting or resprays. This also does not cover the Cambelt (where engines are sold). We recommend that the Cambelt is changed before use.
All of our items are individually marked, stamped & engraved prior to sending and will be checked upon return, ur full name and postcode when corresponding by email.
