Terms & Conditions

Contact us if you have a query, complaint or would like to give us some feedback, you can contact us by e-mail or by phone.

It is our experience that most packages arrive at their destination within the time stated in the information on the delivery information page.

If your order has not arrived and has been shipped using Standard Mail please do not contact us until a minimum of 6 working days(UK) have passed. We will then be able to assist you. 

All parts on this website are quality USED parts , unless otherwise stated, all new parts will clearly state either new or unused in the description 

Returns Policy

All our parts are covered by a minimum 30 day guarantee and are individually marked & stamped before sending. 

We are more than happy to check parts we hold against your requirements before ordering, but if a part is ordered incorrectly or not wanted by the buyer (please notify us within seven days) only the part will be refunded All postage costs will also be deducted from the amount refunded.

The refund will only be issued upon return of the part (original condition). Refunds will not be issued for parts that have been dismantled or otherwise tampered with. 

we are not a "buy and try service" please only order the part if your certain you need it 

we reserve the right to charge a 12% restocking fee where we see fit

If a part is lost in the post or damaged in transit, a full refund will be issued on result of a valid claim, this only applies if a tracked/insured courier delivery has been paid for (provided the instructions under postage are followed), if, however, you opt for the free included delivery there is no insurance or tracking for lost or damaged parcels. We advise tracked courier delivery for this reason.

GLASS, all and any items made of glass or containing glass are not covered in the event of loss or damage

Postage

Postage price shown is for mainland UK only. This doesn't include Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Offshore or The Highlands or international. Please contact us (before purchase) and we will advise relevant price We are happy to ship international please ask for a postage quote.

Any items listed with courier will usually be sent within 24-48 hours of purchase. Some items will be sent using a second class untracked uninsured Royal Mail service which will be sent either same or next day depending on when the order is placed. These items can be upgraded to tracked courier service if extra payment is made. Most items have both options and can be decided on checkout or email for a quote 

We use PARCELFORCE DHL DX AND OTHER for courier deliveries. If you are not in when they attempt to deliver, you will be left a calling card and collection of the item or a redelivery can be arranged by contacting your local  depot or Post Office.

We are not responsible if the item is returned to us, if this happens you will incur the original courier cost, return courier cost and a fee for redirection. Additional postage will be requested if you require the item to be sent to you again.

Please check all items before signing for them on receipt as we are unable to claim any losses or damage on your behalf if the item has been signed for as undamaged.

POSTAGE CHARGE IS BUILT INTO THE PRICE ,HOWEVER THE SERVICE WE USE  DOES NOT INCLUDE COVER FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE , IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADD COVER THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF 5% ON THE TOTAL , THIS CAN BE PAID BY USING THE POSTAGE SECTION ON THE HOME PAGE

If damage has been caused in transit (and it has been signed for as damaged) please contact us within 48 hours days of receipt as we must inform the courier within 5 days (of delivery) for any successful claim to be made.

Payment

We accept payment by bank transfer DEBIT and CREDIT cards. 

Card payments can be made securely on line or by calling us on 07530 304 304 

Cash on collection is possible, however the item will remain for sale until a deposit is paid.

All ( unless excluded ) parts are guaranteed for 30 Day guarantee. This only applies for the part, not any work carried out for installation, fitting or resprays. This also does not cover the Cambelt (where engines are sold). We recommend that the Cambelt is changed before use.

we cannot be held responsible for items not fitted by a qualified mechanic Which end up becoming damaged because of amateur fitting 

All of our items are individually marked, stamped & engraved prior to sending and will be checked upon return, ur full name and postcode when corresponding by email.
